Overview
Everything that happened in the last 30 days: who visited, where they came from, and how far they got.
How to read this page
People counts browsers, not accounts. One person on a phone and a laptop shows as two until they log in on both.
Known people are those we can name because they signed up. Everyone else is still anonymous, though we keep their history and attach it retroactively the moment they create an account.
Where people are now is the re-engagement worklist. Anyone sitting in Gone quiet or Lapsed stopped using the platform and is a candidate for an email or text campaign.
Where people came from
First thing that brought them to us, kept for life
Where people are now
Every known account, by how far they have got
No accounts yet. Stages appear once the site starts telling us who signs up.
How far people get
Each step counts the people who reached it. The percentage is how many fell away since the step above.
Nothing recorded yet. These steps fill in as the site reports signup and onboarding events.
